📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All items are handmade to order or in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your item ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping
We ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Local Pickup 
We offer free local pickup within a 10 mile radius. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you’ll be notified when your order is ready. Typically, within 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. If available, international customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade with love, we hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If not, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

How to Request a Return
Email us at brooms@hearthhexandhandmade.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or item arrived damaged).

 

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
